Bolder Healthcare Solutions acquires revenue cycle management company Business Dynamics
Business Dynamics focuses on streamlining coding, billing reimbursement for spine specialists.
Bolder Healthcare Solutions, which provides revenue cycle management to the healthcare market, has recently acquired Business Dynamics, a revenue cycle management company that specializes in spine coding and reimbursement.
A full-service RCM firm founded by Barbara Cataletto in 1998, Business Dynamics focuses primarily on streamlining the coding, billing and reimbursement for spine specialists. Cataletto will continue in her current role as CEO, with Business Dynamics operating as a stand-alone entity within BHS.

Cataletto said in a statement the partnership would "enrich our future" by providing opportunities for growth.
BHS was formed through a co-investment partnership between The Edgewater Funds and JZ Capital Partners in coordination with CEO Michael Shea. The partnership has brought more than $2 billion in committed capital and experience from hundreds of private equity transactions over the last 35 years. The company currently has over 2000 employees serving over 600 clients across the U.S.
