Bolder Healthcare Solutions acquires The ROI Companies, a revenue cycle firm

Bolder Healthcare Solutions in Louisville, Kentucky recently acquired The ROI Companies, a provider of healthcare revenue cycle management services, for an undisclosed sum.
This is the second acquisition by Bolder Healthcare Solutions this month. The company recently acquired Avectus Healthcare Solutions, a leader in the coordination of third party liability accounts and workers' compensation accounts for hospitals and trauma centers.

With the addition of Avectus and ROI, Bolder has over 1,500 employees in the United States. and India serving more than 500 clients across 47 states.
ROI, which is based outside of Baltimore, provides insurance billing, collections and other services.
