Healthcare Management Corp. buys network of 10 skilled nursing facilities

Tampa, Florida-based Greystone Healthcare Management Corp. said it acquired Autumn Health Care’s 10 skilled nursing facilities in Ohio in a move that grows its network of healthcare facilities, home health agencies and hospice care services.

Monetary terms of the deal were not released.

The acquisition includes existing therapy provider TheraTrust and a corporate office located in Newark, Ohio, that will be maintained as a regional headquarters, according to a statement.

The 10 skilled nursing communities will be added to Greystone's existing locations in Ohio, including The Rehabilitation and Health Center of Gahanna in Columbus; home health services provider, Executive Care; and Greystone Hospice of Ohio.

The newly-acquired facilities add 614 beds to Greystone’s network and offer rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in the communities of Adena, Cambridge, Coshocton, Mount Vernon, two facilities in Newark, Somerset, Thornville, Walnut Grove and Zanesville.
