CureMD, ICDLogic among vendors releasing several tools for tracking, troubleshooting ICD-10
Many of the tools emerging throughout the summer are from upstarts.
ICD-10 has been a long time coming and, now that the deadline is closing in quickly, a steady stream of vendors are unveiling new products to help hospitals with the transition.
Many of the tools emerging throughout the summer are from upstarts, but not all of them. McKesson's RelayHealth, for instance, made the ICD10Central.com tracking tool available in mid-August for providers to use when tracking how well they are managing ICD-10 claims.

Throughout August other vendors made ICD-10 products available as well.
CureMD unwrapped a free training tool for physicians, and NueMD also posted ICD-10 tools, including a code-search function and training games.
ICDLogic inked a triptych of partnerships to advance its Cypher clinical documentation and ICD-10 workflow software, one with compliance consultancy MindLeaf Technologies, the second with practice management training firm Karen Zupko and Associates and the third deal is with the Medical Group Management Association to make Cypher available via its online store.
A wave of new products also crested earlier in the season as the nonprofit ICD-10 Charts posted free online services for converting from ICD-9 to ICD-10 and building charts with ICD-10 codes, and 3M Health Information Systems updated its cloud-based Code Translation Tool for converting ICD-9, CPT or HCPCS codes into ICD-10 as well as normalizing reports, updating processes and educating staff.
