MedAssets, Health Trust, VHA to exhibit at HFN's Virtual Conference & Expo
Today is the final day of the Healthcare Finance News Virtual Conference & Expo. While there are fewer sessions today, that should provide attendees with the opportunity to come by the exhibit hall to hear about the offerings of our nine exhibitors. Hall hours today are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT.
Check out what three of the exhibitors have planned:
MedAssets
Visitors to MedAssets’ booth are greeted by a customer testimonial detailing the strength of their integration services, which are designed to tie contracting, billing and compliance pieces into a single offering.
Attendees can then choose from five videos that provide customer insights from a variety of implementations, ranging from a complete revenue cycle overhaul to a case study on how one health network more than doubled its rate of collections.
MedAssets also offers 11 downloadable pdfs detailing its services, including such topics as charge integrity consulting services, construction services and health reform readiness. A webinar addresses how to be successful in the coming age of ACOs.
HealthTrust
The HealthTrust Purchasing Group is touting its 99-percent member retention rate to folks who drop by their booth in the exhibition hall.
The company features brochures detailing its breadth of services, including SourceTrust (medical device sourcing), SolutionsTrust (clinical consulting), AdvantageTrust (non-acute care) and SpendTrust (spend analytics).
Three case studies present information about how HealthTrust services have helped clients with medical device sourcing, clinical consulting for a pharmacy and staffing management services. For further information, HealthTrust provides a direct link to its Web site.
VHA
Attendees who stop by the VHA booth are likely to see a heavy emphasis on the company's new PriceLYNX tool. They'll be greeted by a video that provides testimonials on the value of the product for supply chain price benchmarking.
"The two main areas that VHA is focusing on are our PriceLYNX supply price benchmarking tool that is helping VHA members achieve millions in supply cost reductions. The other area is purchased services,” said Mark H. Howard, marketing manager. “With supply cost reductions being the heavy focus for most hospitals over the past several years, services is the next opportunity area for substantial cost reductions, which can result in improved cash flow. VHA has a robust portfolio of services to assist members in this area.”
Stopping by the booth might also put an Apple iPod Touch in your pocket. For the simple price of participating in a four-question survey, booth visitors will be entered in a drawing to win the popular digital gadget.
