Promotions, hires and fires for the week ending December 6, 2013
HCA announced the appointment of Gregory R. Angle as president of HCA’s Salt Lake City-based Mountain Division. Previously, he was CEO of Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Hill-Rom Holdings announced the appointment of James "Jay" Saccaro as senior vice president and CFO. He joins the company from Baxter International where he held positions of increasing responsibility over his 11-year career.
KeyBanc Capital Markets announced that Walter Oh has joined the firm as a managing director in its Healthcare Group. He joins the company from MTS Health Partners where he was a director.
MedSynergies announced that the company has named Doug Hansen as its new CFO. Most recently, he was CFO for Accelion Health and for the health care division of Perot Systems, now Dell.
HCA Gulf Coast Division announced that Matt Dixon has been named CEO for the new HCAa-affiliated Pearland Medical Center that opens in the fall of 2014. Previously, he was the COO at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness announced the appointment of Mary Giliberti as the new executive director of the national organization. She has served as a section chief in the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since 2008.
TransCentra has named Mike McCloskey as CFO. Prior to joining the company, he was CFO for Atlanta-based Parkmobile USA.
