The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Tuesday released data on more than 60,000 payments made to teaching hospitals by drug and device makers in 2014, part of its Open Payments database. Major cancer centers topped the list with tens of millions in payments and services from pharmaceutical giants like Bristol Meyers Squibb and AstraZeneca.
