MemorialCare Health System names CFO for Saddleback Memorial, Orange Coast Memorial hospitals
Aaron Coley previously served as Orange County's director of decision support for the system.

MemorialCare Health System, a Southern California integrated delivery system, has named Aaron Coley chief financial officer for Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills and Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley. Adolfo Chanez, CPA, has been named executive director of finance and controller.
Coley joined MemorialCare in 2000 as Orange County's director of decision support. In 2004, he became system vice president for finance and decision support, helping guide MemorialCare's expansion and partnerships. Coley previously served in finance and decision support at Dignity Health and Redlands Community Hospital. He was a board member and officer of the Green Valley Mutual Water Company. He and his wife and two sons live in Yorba Linda.

Chanez, a 30-year health industry veteran, has been Saddleback Memorial's CFO since 2010, providing financial leadership and helping Saddleback achieve Healthgrades' Top 50 Hospital designation nationwide. His previous posts include CFO of St. Mary Medical Center Long Beach. Chanez is a board member and finance committee chair of AltaMed. He and his wife live in Placentia and have four children and four grandchildren.
Karen Testman, MemorialCare CFO, said in a statement that she was thrilled "to have the expertise and combined five decades of progressive experience" that Coley and Chanez offer.
