HCA names Todd Caliva CEO for Clear Lake Regional Medical Center

Former West Houston Medical Center chief will assume leadership of Clear Lake October 24 after three decades with HCA, system says.

HCA veteran executive Todd Caliva has been appointed chief executive officer of HCA-affiliated Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Texas, the system announced Thursday.

Caliva takes the helm of the 531-bed acute-care facility effective October 24.

Caliva has more than 24 years of experience, including a decade at the multi-facility level. He came to HCA in 1997, and since 2006, has served as chief executive officer of HCA-affiliated West Houston Medical Center.
