The Cleveland Clinic and Amazon One Medical are collaborating on primary care clinics in Northeast Ohio.
Amazon One Medical said it would open its first primary care office in affiliation with the Cleveland Clinic next year, offering same and next-day appointments, onsite lab services and virtual care support for members.
Amazon One Medical will provide the offices, appointments and time between patients and their providers.
Amazon One Medical is a hybrid virtual and in-person primary care organization.

The new relationship allows patients to access Cleveland Clinic's network of specialists, hospitals and facilities.
Members can get virtual care services through the Amazon One Medical mobile app, including on-demand video visits, secure provider messaging, "Treat Me Now" digital assessments for common health concerns, easy vaccine and medical record access, prescription renewals, and proactive reminders for follow-up care and referral needs.
