Top 11 health plans in 2015, according to new NCQA ratings

When it comes to health plans in the United States, not all deliver the same satisfaction and service, according to newly released rankings by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The organization, which monitors plans, reviewed more than 1,500 health insurance options, including private as well as government-sponsored Medicare and Medicaid plans, to come up the the ratings. The organization used combined HEDIS, CAHPS and NCQA Accreditation standards scores as of June 30, 2015
