Gallery: Soliant names Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S.

After thousands of votes, the results are in for Soliant Health’s 8th annual list of the 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in America.

Utah had the most hospitals on the list this year -- a first for that state, with four spots, including numbers 3, 4, 12 and 15.

Florida -- which has had multiple hospitals on the list since Soliant's first edition -- had three spots this year.

Pennsylvania and Illinois were the only other states with multiple entries on the 2016 list, each appearing twice. Aside from these four, all other hospitals on this year’s list are the sole representatives of their states, making this edition the most diverse since the list began.

Less than half of this year’s hospitals were on last year’s list, while a slight majority of this year’s entries (including some of the top entries) were not part of Soliant's previous edition.

As with last year’s list, the number 1 hospital from the previous year is absent from the current list. And this is the first year that Texas hospitals are completely absent.
